		<description>Thanks Eric. I&#039;ve run Chicago 4 times, it is a great event.  Good luck on your own training, the first one is always the hardest but definitely the most rewarding.  I&#039;m probably going to do Akron in the fall to stay a little closer to home (though my sister-in-law and family live in Chicago, its a bit tough to either leave the boys for another weekend or haul them along).</description>

Although I wouldn&#039;t consider myself an &quot;advanced runner,&quot; I have utilized Hal&#039;s training programs in the past for 5K &amp; 10K schedules and will continue to recommend his advise to all levels of runners. My goal is to train for the 2010 Chicago Marathon, which will be my 1st, and this source will be extremely helpful to me and my venture.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Best of luck to you during your surgery. I wish you a speedy recovery as you continue on with your training.</description>
